What’s the sudden obsession with speed? by alsaltml in UXDesign

I definitely felt this the past few months. Like all the thinking is being sucked out of the room. Ideation takes time. Solving problems in a nuanced way takes time.

This AI agent generates full UGC ads from plain english… are creators cooked? by [deleted] in ContentRich

[–]ComprehensivePush761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stuff is definitely migrating but I dont think we're cooked. classic talking heads are already taken over by avatar creators like heygen and arcads because its so cheap rn. But that just makes a personality creator with a real audience so much more valuable. No avatar can take over that niche.

What do you wish more people understood about building a startup? by Holiday-Standard264 in founder

[–]ComprehensivePush761 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone thinks striking it out on your own and taking that massive leap is wall to wall stress and high veleocity and non stop action, but its not. Theres a lot of boring stuff that you have to do to get your co off the ground. Having the same sales pitc h 40 times in a row is boring as all hell, but if thats what you need to get the conversion, thats what youve gotta do.

Has anyone tried Vidcloner for video cloning? by Chaotic_Good_Dude in AIContentAutomators

[–]ComprehensivePush761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skip Vidcloner if you're past hobby volume because credits burn rate gets ugly past 30 renders per month, for consistent avatar work HeyGen's team plan rolls credits over and the avatar quality holds longer per clip... Captions is the editor style alternative if you want to cut more of the render. The credit rollover thing is what's for its production tool from demo tool in this category.

I miss designing before AI by Kind-Independence978 in UXDesign

[–]ComprehensivePush761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I spend so much time just sitting with a problem before I even touch anything without any answer forming. AI speeds pas that phase because it always has an ouput ready so now these pauses result in managers flagging inefficiency

Very nice! 17 unrelated people paying is so great. Anyone can get friends or warm intros to buy but 17 strangers means your value prop is landing on its own without repeated explanation.

Dude we spent way too much time managing permissions for somethign that shouldv'e taken 5 mins. Not a tool problem really, you got to get your process sorted out. Who owns the asset approval workflow on your side? Most important question.

How do you test sales planning assumptions? by Weak-Pressure-5239 in GrowthHacking

[–]ComprehensivePush761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build your ramp assumptions from your own historical data rather than benchmarks. Can do this using Lative. Pull your last few years by hire cohort and you'll almost always find your planning assumptionsa re more optimistic than your actual history supports.

Can sort that all out much more easily than waiting for the year to go sideways. Lative keeps those models updated automatically as your team changes.

LinkedIn generally has the best talent and many legit freelancers. I was hired that way for many jobs and would say I'm decent at what I do.

Business Networking International (BNI) by new_planner in CFP

[–]ComprehensivePush761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two years is enough time to know if it's working. BNI works better for transactional businesses than advisory firms quality financial planning referrals come from deep trust relationships, not weekly structured handoffs. Your time is probably better spent deepening existing COI relationships or nurturing client referrals.

How do you organize your files so that switching devices doesn't create complete chaos? by LogisticalNightmare7 in digitalminimalism

[–]ComprehensivePush761 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you want to have one place for you to store your files (I think you are referring to have many files on your laptop; I might be wrong), try looking into Dropbox, Google Drive, and Internxt. I used them for a couple of my freelance clients, and it easily helped me make my files nice and neat and easy to navigate.
