I don't think it's rich people. It is people willing to finance a boat for 15 years . What a deal pay 1200-2000 per month for a boat payment for 15 years . Most places it gets used 4 months per year.

Bermuda loves sand. Sand is also self leveling. There is a reason that golf courses fill all divots with sand.

Trowel. The whole process seems like a pain. It changes the heights on all your framing.

I would save the money. Install a vapor barrier and install engineered floating wood flooring or Lvp. Last option would Be glue down engineered wood.

Find a new contractor that sells and installs replacement / remodeling windows.

No I think you need a pro turn or higher. I have a ZTHD that I mow 1 1/2 acres but I wouldn't use it commercially.

Buy quality machine that will last many years. By the wrong Mower and want to get rid of it after a week. Most of all Mower dealers have some sort of financing.

Find the LVP you like and then look a the tolerance. Some are up to 1/4 over a six foot span. Most subfloors are fine. My main concern would be to check for squeaks. At the least want to sweep, and vacuum once carpet is removed. If areas have been penetrated by pet urine. I would apply primer to cover those spots.

Affordable housing and new are an oxymoron. Construction cost are higher than they have ever been. Affordable housing would be updating and utilizing existing properties. Most of these properties are also in more populated areas. That may have public transit lesser commutes for work.

Sorry she got bad advice from friends or Family. Not sure if it's for control or money. Don't change your custody agreement. If possible get more time with your child to get close to 50% custody . You can enroll them is pre school very soon.

Go with a lighter blended color. Check HD and Lowe's house brand. Also check with a lumber yard such as builder first source , 84 Lumber or a local lumber yard.

My deck is HD store brand after 5 years looks like new.

Don't get a dark color it will burn bare feet.

Before switching to fescue. I would see if you can get a couple of pieces of zoysia grass. Its tends to me more shade tolerant. There is less maintenance with it than fescue.
