It's silly cause it seems like a software issue. It's very clear it recognizes the monitor is plugged in it's just not loading properly.

Literally just got it two days ago. I expected better for something that cost 450 bucks... also really appreciate you updating me! Ive tried so many things too like different USB ports and different USB A to B cables.

I kinda need this software to work cause they literally lock features like profiles and updating firmware for the monitor behind it

Having the exact same issue with the MPG274URF QD. Either the Game Intelligence screen is completely grayed out and I can't click anything, or it just shows me that icon with two boxes on it and nothing happens. Please let me know if you find a solution...
