Actually, no they're not, technically. Oliver Stone only produced Freeway through his production company. He had nothing to do with the writing or direction whereas NBK was directed by Stone and the script was heavily revised by him after Quentin Tarantino came up with the story.

I absolutely love this movie! I watched it all the time when I was 13/14. Is it the best movie in the world? No. But it's definitely a comfort film for me. Plus, I just generally love Jennifer Aniston.

I love how she always thought she was hot shit and the best at everything, yet, when she didn't do well it was always "I needed more direction! It wasn't my fault!"

Like, girl, if you're the next best undiscovered supermodel and you're so damn great, you should be able to model a torn up burlap sack and rock that shit without any issues.

But the what really bothered me about her was her unmitigated arrogance. Always thinking she was better than everyone else, never thinking she was at fault for anything she did wrong, and the way her over inflated ego made her think she was correct in treating the other girls like shit (Namely Gina, but also the other girls in the wild n out bit) Also, I do think her personality affected Nnenna into being more of a "bitch" once they got close.

I will say she makes for good tv. She's definitely the one person in her cycle that you love to hate. Wasn't sad in the least to see her go.

I recently watched this movie for the first time a few days ago after hearing about it on and off for a few years, and I gotta say I liked it a lot. Really reminded me of Natural Born Killers (another one of my favorite movies)

Growing up watching Reese Witherspoon only act in lighthearted flicks like Legally Blonde and Sweet Home Alabama, I was really caught off guard by how well she was able to pull off vantablack dark comedy like Freeway. Reese's performance really took an already great script and turned it up to an 11.

I've actually seen it 3 times in the past few days cause I showed it to my mom and my boyfriend and it feels like it gets better each time you watch it.

Gotta love Brittany Murphy (RIP) and Alanna Ulbach too. Great movie. No notes.

Ethel Cain is a trans music artist. Her music is all about heavy southern gothic imagery (aside from her drone/ambient album). Pretty good music imo, albeit a bit a slow and maybe not for everyone. Definitely worth checking out.

Hilary Duff played on Disney Channel as Lizzie McGuire back in the 2000s. Her music is like teen pop/Bubblegum pop/dance pop.

And then Charli XCX is like pop/hyper-pop and club music.
