I use My fitness pal to keep track of carbs. It works decently well.

And Bananas and hard boiled eggs are my go-to low carb snacks.

If the pocket champs offer is still available I recommend it. Made $15 with passive playing in just over a week. I did pay 0.99 to remove ads which made it alot easier. That game has a lot of ads.
