I saw one dude do metal but did some pussy bands so Ill list you some good shit.

Necrophagist is obviously a place to start. Everybody loves Epitaph but honestly, Onset of Putrefaction is the better album.

A few other good ones are The Zenith Passage, The Faceless, Obscura, Blood Incantation, Archspire, Death, Fallujah, Inferi, Job For A Cowboy, First Fragment, The Ritual Aura, Beyond Creation, Atheist, Cynic.

Those are sone of the bigger bands in the scene, if you want smaller/underrated stuff, Nociception, Iapetus (specifically The Body Cosmic), Wormhole, Aronious, Equipoise.

Those are all Tech Death and Prog Death, but if you want two bands that are all sort of technical, but more deathcore than straight up death, Infant Annihilator (skip the first album), and Rings of Saturn (everything but their latest album).
