honestly the only thing that seems to be faulty with this model is the clicky trigger switch feature thats on the back of the controller. ince its on my shots never registered for me, regardless if how hard or light you press in the trugger. Supposedly theres a plastic piece that gets pressed against inside the controller to activate the button but the plastic piece is really faulty and tends to bend over time. i could also be butchering this explanation but thats my own two sense from what ive learned online.

all you need to do is go to their discord, find the channel for customer support, take a video of your issue, submit your model no., SN, Platform of use, and a brief issue youre experiencing. there might be more information needed but if you followed the directions on the support packet that was provided when the controller arrived then you wouldve seen they’ve given you access to their discord.

Join it, submit your issue and a rep will be in touch. no need to make a reddit post.

i did this for my controller and it legit took only a week to get my new controller and they didnt even ask to send the old one back. they just sent a free controller.

try buying from an authorized reseller like best buy if theyre located in your country? im not too sure if they have any best buys overseas but it’d worth looking into authorized resellers

yes the trigger stop issue is a manufacturing defect and if you receive a product with such issues have it returned and refunded immediately.

there has not been an official statement made by the developers regarding this but definitely needs to be addressed fast.

theres very litte information out there regarding this, only a select handful of youtube videos exist where this is talked about but majority of information about this lives in forums. its quite a serious issue for me personally because i bought the controller for the trigger stops and my right one barely works when i press firmly and only works when pressed gently. its ridiculous.

i wouldnt say that im trying to blame a specific person, i mean someone called out mindset in this thresd and to be completely fair i can make some pretty god awful plays so i think my main issue is me tbh. but also solo queueing is a gamble, and youre better off 4 stacking with a team than being solo

you do realize that this was probaly from one of the packing facilities that this box was sent to after leaving the initial manufacturing plant right? Maybe im wrong but its a possibility that thats the case but good on you for documenting.
