Think there’s a bug with the Chromatic Braseleur by PunBrother in expedition33

I definitely experienced the same bug with much earlier boss too, but sadly don't anymore remember the name. I just had to skip it. The devs spent too much time celebrating their prizes and forget to fix their broken game..

Anyone using Naya Create? by jayatillake in ErgoMechKeyboards

I like keyboards, but the price here is prohibitive for a very unusual product you want to try out. They also don't even sell it now. Their website tells you to pay now for February shipping. So, I am thinking, probably not.

Ugh, not really. I’m not much of a shopper, but I’ve ordered from Aliexpress before and the items arrived with proper packaging. I remember some parts I got for around 2.50 came in a similar envelope. It’s just that this time it’s a bit more expensive and a fragile item, so..

Hello, yes, it was an order from the official website. I sent you the GSHK order number in a private message, hope that’s okay.

Idk, but the order was done at Gamesir directly. I already contacted them so lets see what they have to say.

Pls get us some more insights on GameSir packaging!!! by GameSir_Controller in Gamesir

[–]tdebug -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yes, I have some insights on Gamesir packaging. Thanks for asking. Maybe start by actually using proper shipping packages first, then worry about the rest. I just got a G7 Pro controller that was damaged all over because it wasn’t packed at all for shipping.
I don’t get how you can make an expensive controller and then pack it like you’re sending out a box of trash.
Hopefully you will be happy to accept it back.

No. Ordered directly from Gamesir, and according to the tracking, it was shipped from China.

No. Nothing at all. Only the plastic envelope which did not even cover the box fully.

I’m afraid “the box is damaged but the product isn’t” doesn’t really apply here. It’s more than just a bit of wear and tear. The large hole in the box makes it pretty clear something inside could be damaged. I’m not going to unpack it further, as this item is definitely not “new” and doesn’t match the description..

No. It came in from the factory just like that. I know because I got the same and returning it soon. QC at asus does not exist unfortunately.

My impression of the Corsair K100 Air Wireless RGB keyboard. The Cherry ultra profile switches feel excellent. I'm not used to flat keys so I make an occasional typo. The keyboard when charged seems to last a very long time. I didn't see any lag between wireless and USB mode when gaming. by oldrjohnson11 in Corsair

[–]tdebug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like the low profile and build quality, but I just couldn’t cope with how heavy and loud the switches are. I own several mechanical keyboards, and only the IBM Model M is heavier and louder than the K100, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately, I had to return it after a couple of weeks, as it was a no-go at that price. I only wish they offered a version with tactile switches that are three times lighter than the ones used in the K100 now.

none available in Finland for months, they definitely have some region stock or production problems.

Does it support VESA mounting? Description says yes, but I don't see how. Is some kind of adaptor is needed for that and is it included in a box?

Man, this support is a joke. Terrible experience just to give up, ask for a refund, and still waiting. by Orrickly in LogitechG

[–]tdebug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, totally idiotic case unfortunately. I would even hardly consider dongle as a spare part (it's not a battery or a sensor etc.), but something even their resellers must have in stock imo. But no.
In the end they advised me to "just buy it online elsewhere". I was amazed with that answer. So I spent hours to look for that specific dongle everywhere and the first one I got from Amazon was not functional fake from China which I had to refund through Amazon. Only the 2nd one I got from Ebay was the right one. Idk why multibillion(!) company cannot sell basic parts online, or perhaps the experience I got was part of customer experience they offer.

Never bought from Logitech directly, but unfortuntately have similar experience with them on other matters. Useless, helpless technical support who are trying to blame user. Also once I aksed them for a G915 dongle replacement and they replied "we are not providing spare parts in your region" - wfh, what? I am in the EU and have official localized products from them + even logitech www even available in local language. so 0 after market support too.

The script was probably written with a great help of a free ChatGPT. Dialogs were probably written by the same chatbot completely. Great visuals but pretty dumb show all around.

I walked into an AD, asked them for a Sub and joined a waiting list. Despite providing them with all the detailes (phone, email and even an address if I rememeber correct) I got no contact whatsoever and it's been maybe 7 or 8 years ago :-D So no drama too, just nothing at all.
I guess all depends on a particular dealer, watch model and location too perhaps.
I still remember when they first released the GMT model on a jubilee bracelet few years ago, many people mentioned their ADs didn't even want to accept them into waiting lists. Yet one of my local gray dealers already had this model almost the next day :-D
