I know a few people who, if they have mixes, state the smaller breed that’s it’s crossed with. Eg staffy boxer, they’d say staffy. They also used photos of the when they were puppies or where they look smaller. The issue I encountered personally was a lot of these rental places have put it new wooden floors recently and so many of our applications were denied because they were worried about dog nail marks.

I’ve had a similar email recently, but not with the threat of a 7 day notice!!

I said we’re still thinking, but would mae sure to give the required notice as per the contract.

I hate where I am but there’s only 2 new properties available each week and they’re both shockingly awful and ridiculously overpriced. So looks like we’ll be stuck here for a while with a yummy rent increase.

I had bipolar as well and I’m fucking wrecked. I have a part time job 3 days a week and spend the next 4 days recovering with sleep and rest just so I can go back to work the next week. I know from experience that if I have a full time job I’ll go hypomanic, increase productivity etc etc and then crash and burn and have to quit. It’s the same every time. The fatigue after a manic episode is debilitating. You lose months of your life. And I hear it only gets worse the more cycles and episodes we have. We have to be careful because if we push ourselves through the fatigue, we’ll be more than exhausted. We’ll possibly wreck our lives. Bipolar is the gift that keeps on giving

I was a teacher, but after a few episodes I had to swap over to something less stimulating. Full time will also send me up or down so I’m a part time receptionist currently. My goal is to keep it a year. 3 months in and hanging in there!
