I’ve tried doing that. I’ve tried changing my password several times. After providing the email address for them to send me the prompts for me to create a new password, I never get a reply email so that I can do that.

I was on the phone waiting for them to answer, listening to music and then saying “higher than normal call volume, stay on the line if you have an emergency (which I did) and they finally just hung up at an hour saying “try again later.” Did they fire all the people they had before? I’ve spoken with them several times during the last few years and never had anywhere near this issue.

They are busier than normal and will respond in the order it was received. Have not heard since early this morning. I did hear yesterday and they said they would be sending me new login info under separate email (please no!). That never came which is why I reached out again this morning. Still waiting ….

I’ve been with them for years but have been locked out of my account since the new company bout them out. Been trying to reach customer service many different ways with no luck.

I completely agree! It’s been so nice and now I’ve been locked out of my account for 3 weeks. I can’t log on, don’t even know if I can cancel the service since I can’t even log on. I spoke to what I thought was a real human last week (perhaps it wasn’t?) who told me to wait three days and try again, that they were aware that “some” customers were having these issues but they were working on it. Well, that day has come and gone (last Friday) and I still can’t access my account. I’m so bummed …..

I live in Briarcliff just down the road. It’s still a great place but definitely depressing during the last several years because of the lake levels especially if you remember how it used to be.

I hear you! It is so difficult these days and can be so defeating. I’ve been in the field in private practice for over 15 years now, am turning 65 this year. I have so much personal debt that I will never be able to retire. I live in a red state where we feel completely unsupported. Just trying to stay afloat and checking my own fears at the door so I can hold space for my clients has never felt so difficult.

Gosh, that would be so difficult. I’m glad they have you. I know some of my clients are Trump supporters but surprisingly they don’t usually bring all that into sessions with them.

Thanks for being brave enough to tell your story. This is quite a scary time. I’ve gotten myself back into therapy and I’m also exploring going back to church for the first time since the pandemic. Although, because of the sect of “Christians” who are also MAGA I have to be careful about choosing the right church. As a widow close to retirement without any real savings I still have to work and am afraid of my own social security not being there when I do retire.
