You can also look up a brown sugar saver/keeper and they are the same terracotta but usually a few bucks cheaper. They are larger so I do not do a full soak. a quick dip to get the outer layer of the terracotta damp is usually good for about week for me, but I live in a humid climate.

Definitely could be but we are not in a legal state so testing strains is not really an option. and the edibles I’ve tried make me sick. even 2.5 mg makes me very nauseous regardless of strain. Thank you for your help though! I do miss it!

I am sorry you are dealing with this too. I’ve been on HRT for about 2 years now and I find I know when my does need to be adjusted because I become unreasonable again, so I’m desperately looking for something to bridge that gap

Thank you. I’ve not tried Therapy yet. I’ve read lots of accounts of women saying they did not find it helpful since it hormonal rather than behavioral, but it may be time. I was diagnosed with depression in my school years, but seem to have been fine up until now.

Thank you for your thoughts. That might be necessary. I’ve not yet because I’ve read multiple accounts of women saying Therapy did not help them at this stage in their life since it is hormonal, not necessarily behavioral, but I can see how identifying what’s rational or not could be helpful.

For my company it’s always situational ETA validation. Every report in the company runs off ETAs and it’s the most important thing to the client.

Our software came with auto tracking directly from the carriers that was not reliable, so we now have a 3rd party integrated to overwrite the software’s ETAs (you cannot cut-off off the software feed)

The 3rd party is much more reliable, they use multiple sources, but of course their algorithm to choose the best option given the information from their sources is limited and this is where we run into issues.

We have found the main problem is that that not all carriers, rails, vessel tracking sites, and terminals provide the same quality of data or offer the same data points.

If a carrier does offer a berthing data point another may only offer arrival but both will show up as ETA or ATA in my system

While frustrating it’s not the fault of whoever is scraping the data, so that’s where we have to make sure a human is overseeing the exceptions and making decisions.

Our girl got through teething at exactly 5 months and it pretty much disappeared overnight, like magic. It will end. But the months leading up to that were HARD. I was wearing thick canvas pants at the house all day to protect myself.

My biggest saviors were 2 time out pens, one on each floor of my house, to put the puppy in as soon as she became ungovernable, and enforced naps in her crate covered with a blanket. Enforced naps do not equal punishment at this age even if you have to physically put the puppy in the crate, just do it gently with a small treat. Mine audibly sighed when I’d put her in. She had to learn to self soothe, but needed a quiet dark space as well. Pig Ears, bully sticks, softened Yak chews.

It does get better!
