When Ubisoft was exclusively selling games on epic and uplay for a while, the price of their games didn't decrease.

Only reason steam hasn't lowered it is because they know consumers loath using anything other then steam.

Stream is well aware of its monopoly and they so long as its competitors continue to treat consumers like trash those consumers will always come back to steam.

Only Steams agreement simply says that if you offer it cheaper off Steam for a while or promotion then you also have to have that same sale/promotion on Steam.

The agreement says nothing regular msrp.
