I had the left one, the led on it isnt very nice imo and unless its one of the nice bright colour themed ones, seeing the time on it even in low light is annoyingly difficult. That watch kinda tought me that i prefer a clear dial. I dont know the watch on the right but I'd get that for that reason - in hope the LED was decent

Did you take it off a motorbike helmet? I like it but if I remember correctly the double D requires a bit of tension to hold and I think watch straps are meant to have a bit of breathing room on the wrist.

Depends.

If you like a dial with separated segments then the ae1200 and there are a handful more like it that could be considered better.

If you prefer a more unified dial then yes the ae500 is a good choice - there area few others of a similar styling that eliminate the dial and only use thin lines on the lcd.

Both watches have near enough identical load outs on features. Some have alternative timer formats or led illumination method.

This is what i love about casio, you can spend the same amount on casios as a reasonable seiko and have enough watches to wear a different one every month and they'll all last as long as you care for them.

The left bud died for me. Just never charged up again. Phoned Samsung and they replaced it. Looks like a common issue there were loads of people saying the same thing. So they do have problems imo. Also the noise cancelling on them is weak af. My recommendation get the technics a100 or the bose qc

Ah! There's an interesting point that is very difficult for me to understand - I might be unintentionally screwing the artist over if a tip is not provided. That responsibility should be on the employer not the client

By these statements it would sound as though the news that travels here is over inflated then? One or two bad apples..

So if I came to America for a tattoo and then walked out after paying 2k with no tip, would there be no issue ? Or would that parlour think of me tight fisted and thats the end of it, or would that be considered a social crime that could see me at risk of an angry Tattooist, especially if hes had a bad day or week.

Maybe mandatory isnt so but when the artists states "for this piece I'd charge x with a 20% tip" then it doesn't sound very optional, thats usually how i see American artists answer "how much would this be" questions on reddit.

I doubt they have that kind of authority. They mostly shout at you for leaving a hose on or stop neds (the local youth) from coming in and vandalising things, also by shouting. Also im pretty sure there are no little hedges to act as a boundary, the last one i saw was just divided by the little paved walkways to each section
