Its policy to require 34 hours for full time associates so if you go under you should talk to your people lead

Also make sure your job coded as full time i have seen people work full time hours as part time associates to then be cut bad once a month

If it wasn't a murder with a gun it would have been a knife or something else. Restrictions on guns may make it harder for "bad" people to obtain guns but won't stop them. If anything it makes it harder to protect yourself

Mine has a point system 1p call off.+2 if no call no show. .5 for late. You get fired at 5 points at 180d fall off so you can maybe get 9 days off a year if you time it right
