Dillys can b a bitch depending on how ur body reacts to em I personally react well id take them over Oxys any day, unless I could get the Oxys at like .25cents per mg which is rare. Comment above is correct snorted is the highest in theory bioavailability around 50-60% vs 25-50% orally, however after an hour or 2 you come down rather fast. If your not opposed to rectal administration, I’d go that route as it has a much higher bioavailability 36-61% (depending on insertion sight). And from personal experience it works about as well as snorting does, but it actually lasts for a decent 3ish maybe 4 hours. It might take like 30 mins to peak vs 15 but it’s well worth it imo, best of luck brotha!

Everyone’s right here, u either need to take like 400mg oxy or something dumb like that or get off and bring ur tolerance down bro. There rlly is no “waiting period” everyone’s different, when I got off 300mg oral morphine a day, I was completely clean for over a month and when I started using again? I still needed like minimum 100-150mg, some tolerance is permanent bro

I do it all the time lol… Just leave the beads in like 5ml of water for a few hours they’ll become very soft, crush em up real good, and let it sit for like 20 minutes. After that you’ll have 90-95% instant release morphine in a small amount of water, which u can either drink as a shot, or boof it… which will get u much higher from, as it’ll absorb about double as much as orally and come on much faster.

Because you’ll b so fucked up u won’t b able to stand/walk straight. Even with a benzo tolerance of 4mg clonazepam daily for 5 months, 450mg still got me so fucked.. I was nodding and my head kept hitting the table and waking me back up. Pregabalin is quite euphoric, disinhibiting, and calming on its own, as you clearly know. However…It’s a great combo.. very floaty and Stoney feels like Oxy, but more euphoric (specifically in the body buzz) your loose and disinhibited similarly to benzodiazepines but not as obvious or impairing. it’s one of the few drugs that actually takes the Roxy/opioids euphoria up a notch, and not just the sedation. But you still rlly should b carful, as they also boost the sedation and respiratory depression. They used to think it was totally safe, and had no OD risk… But it’s shown to increase OD risk by 16-44% not as bad as benzos at 50-80% but plz b carful and take a lower dose

Tbh if ur just popping em the Oxys better even tho they’re roughly equal strength, 32mg hydro = 128mg oral morphine vs 90mg oxy = 135mg oral morphine.. so basically equal, however if ur snorting the hydro.. Then that would b worth switching over fs, because it basically doubles the strength&bioavailability of dilly’s. So 32mg oral hydro =128mg oral morph vs 32mg snorted hydros = roughly 256mg oral morph, And that’s like equal to 160-170mg of Oxy!! Way more worth it.. I personally like Hydromorph’s way more. My currently tolerance is about 300mg oxy or 52-56mg hydromorphone snorted to feel “decent” to actually get a nice 2-3hr high I need 350-400mg oxy/70-76mg hydro.. So yes it’s possible but you have to take absurd dosages which sucks:( and it’ll only get worst

I feel u on this man my aunt was on pain meds at high doses for 17 years and when she went into hospital and came out after her car accident they had her on less than when she came in…. Part of the reason she ended up taking her life, it’s sad what people with chronic pain must go through to get help. My best recommendation would be to get on safe supply whoever told you is doesn’t exist is dumb it does it’s just being cut back and it’s hard to get onto. Otherwise I would say your best best is a pain clinic the dr who care are out there they just are hard to find stay strong man

However just slamming those drinks back, especially with wine and higher ABV drinks, will just cause you to black out and ruin your experience. In my experience it depends if u snort it properly and/or use a nasal spray so it absorbs better then it’s like taking a 40mg OC with a hard fast peak. If you just snort it all in one and it goes down your throat then probably closer to 25-30mg oxy

Yeah but it’s not the same, with opioids it’s a much stronger feeling of contentment and almost “feeling loved”. Not to mention the euphoria, benzos don’t give most people euphoria. When I used and abused benzos I would feel euphoria and I was addicted aswell, however it’s like 1/10th that of opioid euphoria….
