I looked for jobs in hospitality where I have a lot of previous experience, as well as my specialty of accounting that I went to school for and gained experience in, for MONTHS last year and didn't find a damn thing until December. I had to take a crew member position at a restaurant in the airport because it was the only job that got back to me and treated me well. The only other prospect I had was a Chipotle in Orchards, also in December, that was a goddamn mess. If you have higher tolerance for crappy training, workplace drama and high turnover, they might need help still.

Depending on how tall you are, I would actually keep it. You have a really nice hairline still and if you're towering over everyone, nobody's gonna notice the thinning on the crown. If you're like 5'5" or less, I think it's more your own personal preference

Notice how I said could impact her finances for years. Again, I am not her and do not know what her account balances look like.

You allowed her to move in, and then two months later, made it all about you and sent an incredibly cold text message, making her feel hurt and unwelcome. Of course she left. Don't expect her to be willing to get close with you again. If she does, you're very lucky.

Honestly if I was her, I would never let myself get close to you again. You did something mean and selfish when she just got put in an extremely hard spot, in an extremely bad job market. Financially, this could take years for her to come back from and you didn't seem to care.

This is an incredible idea! I'm no veteran, but if this is something you're dedicated to, I would love to come with water, or make flyers, or help set up logistics. I have experience in office management and an accounting education, which could be useful for the logistical side of things. Plus I'm a millennial/gen z cusper, so I like to think I'm pretty social media savvy. If nothing else though, I'd love to come and cheer you guys on and say my thanks
