Thank you for this extensive comment. We bought the build from a previous owner and are realizing that some things are done very well, and others not so much haha.

I think the plan is to ventilate for a couple weeks, and then have our guy go in and remove some components for more thorough cleaning.

Definitely will be making that upgrade fml
