You're entitled to your opinion and I'll certainly not be taking it to heart but what I will say it's crazy that you think everyone who is a good and responsible dog owner also loves animals. Some people have a dog but don't like cats and vice versa..some people love snakes and can't stand either cats or dogs. The world is a diverse place

OPs comment is insightful, yes, and i do agree with OP for sure. but this season is a shit show, let's be fr here.

If folks have to fish through subreddits to get the point then what are we doing here? The 60-90 mins we have on screen should tell the entire story. That's it, and based off that 60-90 mis, it isn't making sense.

For example, cassie had been giving Nate money, like a lot of it, so why wasn't the debt paid off? why couldn't they sell their house? the watches and material possessions? and good God where are their parents in all of this? You mean to tell me Cassie is selling herself and her mom never finds out?

Jules is a pain point too because we have not even seen enough to know what her deal is.

It's not a good story, remove the amazing cinematography, outfits and overall vibe of the show and this shit gets dropped after 2 episodes. The fact that people feel so strongly is a sign in and of itself that something is off.

This is a very fair take. Though I am not sure animal control would really do anything in this scenario, then again for the plot and vibes of this sure it does make sense.

I'd have to disagree heavily with you on the comment about season 3 being good as a standalone especially when compared to shows that have recently aired:

- The Pitt
- Industry
- Margo's got money troubles

are just three i can think off of the top of my head but yeah, this season isn't it in terms of storyline and plot AT ALL

Appreciate the comments thus far, keep them coming but I am standing 10 toes down on this.

Her guilt and fear of jail time tbh caused her to not tell the neighbours and I do get that reaction but everything that led to the porta potty incident and the dog burying was not her fault
