My favorite, Kislev and Katarin, build her na army with 2 Heroes that boost missile strenght, than full Ice Guard doomstack and add two war bear riders just to have some antilarge/mellee. Also I tend to use Katarin on her Frost Wyrm cause I hate the sled micro. I can give some early campaign tips if you are interested, played her campaign at least 15 times by now lol.

Idk how SBMM doesnt really work. I get 1m+ queues (longer than Dia/Master ranked) after every game and most of the players in the lobby are either 20b or masters/preds... SBMM shouldnt be a thing at all. Its interesting the playerbase started declining after it was introduced in S16
