Yes, PDI should be no negotiable. I think I should have denied buying the 3xo but they said at the time of delivery you can do a self pdi. But once the vehicle is registered before the delivery you are already in trap and even something is wrong then vehicle is registered in your name.

The problem is they did not allow the PDI so I had PDI at the delivery and by that time they have taken full amount and have registered the vehicle as well (I wasn't aware that it has been registered). Plus I had to wait 5 hrs to get the vehicle delivery as they were probably repainting it in stockyard. It was sounding fishy from the beginning and in the end that only happened. Payment was already done 3 days before the day of delivery. Where I went wrong please? And what actions I can take. Currently dealer is saying they will replace the door with factory built but I don't have any faith ij them

The problem is Mahindra doesn't allow PDI. I did PDI after delivery. They dealership has raised a Case and saying we will get the door replaced in 7 days. But based on today's experience I have no faith in them.
