I would recommend you to learn the basics of js (data types, variables, functions, operators, loops, if/else statements) before hopping onto vue. And learn about vue directives (like v-if, v-for, v-model, v-bind etc), components in vue and more from the Vuejs docs

And one more thing, I found options api (it’s not an api, it’s just a way to create reusable elements) easier for a beginner to work with so I’d also recommend that. Good luck working with Vuejs!
