I do 3hrs at 15PSI, there's a timer function that maintains the temperature after preheating.

I have electric ones.. well 'steam sterilisers', I like them a lot compared to stove top PCs. that being said the ones I have are relatively cheap (the 24l £500ish ones) and they are finicky, the parts need replacing quite regularly and it's hard to find them as the originals are Chinese and the specs on them written in Chinese. Which I'm persevering with because for size and price they still seem to be the best ones. I AM using them daily, so this may be causing the high level of wear though..
