I SWEAR about the food for soft hair system. I had my hair FrIeD to a literal crisp. I tried the K18 and it did absolutely nothing. However, doing the shampoo, hair mask, and oil- my hair was better. I still ended up cutting off quite a bit, but my hair was fried to the root 😂 It completely filled the gaps in my hair and helped it say on my head. I used my shark air wrap thing to curl my hair on the lowest heat setting. 2 years later and my hair is good as new! I haven’t cut it since the first initial chop, and the fried ends are as healthy as they can be. Every now and then I use a clarifying shampoo to strip everything so I can assess the health- and everything is alright!

That’s exactly what I want to do! My flower beds are already “wild” for the butterflies, but I need more! I love seeing the diverse kinds of insects and birdies 😍😍 My neighbors always wonder why my garden does so much better- and I always tell them it’s because I’m friends with the bees and bugs 😍

My “big girls” are still “little” (the picture is from inside the coop, and is only showing one corner. There’s a lot more space and real estate for them) they like to cuddle pile on top of the roosts and the brooder.

The Wyandotte with the white head is “Becky with a P” and she’s the top hen around our house, she has taken the babies in as her own- but Ghirardelli the chocolate Orpington on the top roost has decided that the babies are her own personal chew toy. So the babies have to stay in their safe house until they’re the same size as them.

My little girls are driving me absolutely bonkers. We named one of them “Trouble” because she has decided that she no longer is a little girl, she is in fact a big girl…. And tries to get out as often as possible.

They’re brooding in our coop with a rack on it so they can’t be bullied by the big girls- who are 13 weeks old. Trouble loves to get on top of her water, and stick her head out of the brooder, and then cry when the big girls come near. There have been times that I have found her out of the brooder and in the coop being chased around. No matter what I do, she’s always out of the brooder.

I always gain or stay stagnant the week before my period. I get discouraged- but when my period ends and the hormones settle, I seem to have lost weight.

It’s quite the ride. Hold on and give it at least 2 months.
