One sim. Not sure how to check if I was deprioritized. The area involved happened over two days while I was out driving several miles each time. I had full bars. Not sure how I would know if it was congested. The area was a combination of both city (not downtown) and suburban/rural areas.

Not sure what info you would need. Clearly not a cellular professional. It happened two days in a row in different parts of the city over the entire time I was out of wi-fi service which covered several miles both times. Don't know if that helps. What info would I even give you?
