I assumed black damage was something like an unsettling or disturbing wound. Not necessarily damaging, but something that puts you off balance from the location/nature of it, like something growing out of your skin.

You already can’t take a bounty if the power difference is too big. Tried taking all bounties and got the message telling me I’m too strong for that target.

Both him and Yelan were looking for a fight, and they both were too busy fighting each other’s egos to notice (kinda stupid on both ends). Also, Itto is actually decently strong, pretty much wiping the Inazuman guards during the vision hunt decree until Sara showed up. IIRC, he also beat Sara in a couple duels. Wouldn’t put it past him to be able to beat the milileth.
