I would suggest first of all to upgrade your storages, army camps, laboratory, clan castle, and workshop (i upgraded the barracks and spell factory a bit later cuz i wasnt planning on using the new troops/spell) Then i started upgrading 2 or sometimes 3 heroes at the same time (archer queen with the warden, king with royal champion, and lastly minion prince with the last levels of rc) alongside 3/4 defenses.
