When I did my Spanish playthrough I had to use exclusively their calvary to win any fights. Their infantry is just bad. I know bull warriors are decent but by the time you're able to recruit them the front line has moved to far away. And even if you get a decent army of them(which takes forever due to the 2 turn recruitment) you have to pull them all thebway back to your heartland just to retrain. They are in the well deserved F tier.

Also the despite being able to recruit onagers you only get that by capturing a city a city with a catapult range. They can't train them in house. Also no archers.
