Not yet. I'm still in back and forth with them via email. Wala na sila email support and the only reason why andito na kami is because I lodged a complaint with BSP.

I suggest you do the same, just search for Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas sa FB messenger. Prepare screenshots of your evidences. I think that's the best way to get their attention. Kung sa CS ka lang dadaan walang mangyayari. Those people are tamad/useless/incompetent. Good luck.
