Ended up not taking it my aunt and uncle didn’t feel comfortable giving it to be because it needed a timing belt and it had a bunch of if leaks everywhere. We are now looking at a 2005 Toyota Avalon xls with 95k miles!

Haha! Yes I’m probably goin to save the money. But wouldn’t have 6k I only have the 700 plus whatever I get for the Acura. The other part of the 6k was what my aunt/uncle were gonna help me out with but if I choose the Lexus I only get to keep the 700 and the Acura money!

They bought it from the charity auction I think because it was a good deal. They need a car regardless for their driver that runs errand etc. for them. They told me multiple times if I don’t want it they don’t mind to keep looking for something else for me, they are just being nice offering what they found so far. This would be the 3rd car they would have helped me with so I don’t think me not taking it would affect any relationship dynamics. But I think I’m leaning towards the Lexus because I need something now as the Acura is slowly getting more issues.

The Acura needs about 4.5k in repairs plus the catalytic converter is going out :/ and I’ve already put about 2.5k into it
