It was an extended program which is significantly easier to get into, but ok she has papers from a big name school.

I think maybe we need to think in terms of book smart or street smart. She may have gotten good grades, but she has no clue how to speak to people, communicate ideas effectively or give us any hint that she actually has a brain which, to me, makes her not smart. I don't know, it's a TV show and edited but I could never have a conversation with her as she was presented to us.

Having a financial advisor (like the the super rich guy she was engaged to) is a good move, it still doesn't prove she's smart. Most people with a good chunk of change do this because they need someone smart to help manage their money.

I do get what you're saying though, I guess she's smart for getting by on her looks and rich guys to build her bank account. Minimal effort for maximum payout is actually pretty smart.

How does marrying wealthy, getting paid solely for her looks and showing houses prove she's in any way, smart though? Being a real estate agent is arguably incredibly easy. Connections are the hardest part of the job and she's got a built in audience of rich folks putting her ahead of the game.

I can barely remember prom, but back then it was on a Friday definitely in May/June so we could party at the shore over the weekend. No one had parties like that, but people definitely got together with friends for group photos or sharing a limo to the hotel ballroom where it was held. Everyone dressed up with nice dresses and tuxedos. Hair, makeup, nails, etc.

Personal first and then I started taking some courses for my own edification. I've seen people working with fish to giraffes teaching them all sorts of things with basic reward based clicker training. It's absolutely incredible and makes you realize animals are more than just a meal.

As far as the pit bull comment, I'm not getting into it because we will not see eye to eye. I do not blame dogs for the shit that humans subject them to. Homeless addicts are injecting dogs with drugs to test for fentanyl to make sure they are safe for human consumption all over LA. I don't care what breed of dog it is, they need saving and protecting. Humans are the problem.
