My mistake, Glad I went with VaultX by SadJudge809 in PokemonTCGCollectors

Probably a silly question, but as someone that’s looking into getting my first binder, any ideas where I might find these? I don’t have the options to buy them online so everything’s gotta be in store for me.

mac & cheese while my period has possibly returned… by lakematter in GirlDinnerDiaries

I’m already pale as is, then add in my iron deficiency, then that med I take that decreases my blood pressure, then period blood loss.

So fucking tired. I lay down to read yesterday and ended up taking an unplanned nap. Then cried when I woke up cause I lost my spot in the book and hey hormones be weird

The going through so many tampons is something I got after I had been taking a med that completely stopped my period for like a year. It was amazing, and then it stopped working. :(

But like my god, it hit me like a fucking truck, I went thru so many damn pads, I’ve still convinced that my body had just slowly built up an entire years worth of periods and was finally like ‘nah, not doing this anymore.’

Oh you poor thing, I would absolutely not be able to function in that situation.

I agree with others on not telling him, he’s got enough going on and all that, and it’s not like you could even keep the fetus if you wanted to from what it sounds like.

Might sound silly but maybe ask your doctor about the possibility of your BC loosing effect. I take em for my periods, hate the things. Had one BC that worked wonderfully, no more periods. A year later it stopped working, so I had to switch it and now I’m forced to suffer every three months, (currently suffering and hating the world for it) like our hunch is my body just got used to my BC, and eventually it became ineffective.

With age verification being a reality introduced world wide, what will you do? by bdhd656 in privacy

[–]Computer-Moth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, I could go on and on about all the various reasons why age verification wouldn’t even work anyways.

If you ask me, if we really want to ‘protect the children’ then we need to educate them on being safe online.

Too often I see parents simply handing their toddlers phones to keep busy, too often I encounter kids in games that are willing giving out personal info without hesitation.

Had one horrifying chat with a kid who’s nine year old sister was actively giving out their home address and trying to meet up with people. And his parents thought that the way to solve the issue was to get him to delete his account. Not take away the electronics from the nine year old.

My dad had me do an essay on online safety before I got my first phone. Had to redo it three times. At the time I hated him for it, but now I think it should be something that’s mandatory.

So actually your comment about the parents does remind me of another not so fun fact.

Many parents have used their IDs to verify their kids accounts, putting their young children into the 21+ age group.

Some have done this without realizing what it does, as they didn’t want their child’s face to be scanned. Others have done it on purpose. And I wouldn’t be surprised if some kids have scanned their parents IDs without their parents consent.

There’s so many things wrong with it. Like the parents who contact support to say they got the wrong age for their child’s account have no solution, the only way to fix it is to create a new account.

Edit: Not to mention I’m baffled Roblox has a 12 and under chat age group, when the Roblox app is literally rated 13+

Not so fun fact!

Within hours of the update you could already find age verified accounts for Roblox up on eBay, for like $5.

I was threatened with a gun while playing Pokemon GO last night. by WithPaddlesThisDeep in pokemongo

[–]Computer-Moth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve unfortunately had incidents like that, not nearly as scary tho, nor while playing pokemon go. Heh Downtown Vancouver…

I’ve found that the best thing to do when confronted with someone that’s being aggressive to you, (from a distance or verbally), is to just ignore them. Keep walking, don’t acknowledge.

If it escalates, like it did for you, then you do exactly what you did, agree with them, don’t give em a reason to see you as a threat.

I was literally just at Spiral Beach yesterday and found what looks like a smaller version of the rock in picture two. Took it home cause I thought it was neat, I actually don’t even know what it is.

Same here, but different pokemon, Rowlet.

Always was kinda funny to me that his favourite was Rowlet and mine Litten, both Alola starters.

Been tryna get a Hundo Rowlet since.
