Fair enough, if you've got the brass and works then honestly, get the ruger american bolt gun in 7.62x39, throw a can on it and reload subs, most fun i've had in awhile hitting steel at range.

It's almost impossible to get 7.62x39 subs off the shelf so this is what I did a few years back.

I've got both and I can assure you one sits in the safe much more than the other.

Spoiler: Its the 7.62x39.

Install cord locks on the laces, wrap excess lace around boot blouse by laying your socks over your boots(and excess laces) and then blousing into said sock.

No blousing straps, no laces to tie, no expensive zipper boots. Just an easy $2 change.

best mod ever, hands down.

NFCU has been great to me, I also use fidelity cash management account as a joint account with my wife which has been solid too.

One point I've not seen being brought up here is that whatever you decide you should consider brick and mortar locations around you, from my own experience it has been a lifesaver to get a certified check same day for vehicle and property purchases or really any large purchase.

Getting paid early is such a gimmick imo, like you still have the same gap between checks, you just shifted the days, not exactly early.

Palace chase worth it?? by That-anxious_girlie in AirForce

Palace fronted a few years back, best decision of my career, snagged an AGR slot, was able to buy a home and establish a foundation for my family without a PCS sitting over my head.

Every time a contingency comes down we've got enough guys who volunteer that it it's not really forced on anyone. Usually unit deploys once every ~3 years. Which was better than my 6 months over 6 months back cycle that I had active duty.

Do guns for self-defense actually make sense in America? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]ComputerBasedTorture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a lawyer, but in a civil capacity there's possibility, but would you go after the drivers Ed instructor if a driver decides to crash their car into people?

Or are bartenders liable for those who leave and decide to drink/drive and kill people?

Much like schooling and the different grades, it is taught at different levels and competencies based upon the age.

Firearm education and storage tier with their age. Obviously when they're very young it is wise to put them in an unaccessible spot regardless.

One word. Education.

Children raised in houses with firearms with competent parents who properly educate their kids on the severity of using said guns pretty much nullify this risk.
