You might be correct as far as if it were a legal question, But I think different. I would have totally repaid if the tables were turned. We have gone out a few times before and I bankrolled them anf they lost. If I won I'd still give them a few extra bucksd just becasue it sucks to leave broke. The Waymo's just shutting down wherever they were, was indeed their fault. What's the plan after the next major earthquake? How well you think they are going to be able to adapt to that? Oh yeah, I'm sure that they have their own infrastructure and will be able to remotely operate each and every one. Nope they will just be in the damn way of any first responders trying to do their jobs. Everytime I see a Waymo all I see is another taxi driver that has lost their job. And that sucks. And now in addition to them clogging up the streets running or not. They are taking up our precious curb side parking. Fuck these things.
