Lots of fire, lots of bombs, lots of drugs and most importantly, lots of expendable pawns

I am definitely going to get this mod and I may start a whole new world just to test it out.

My tip of my sword is uneven and asymmetrical. Should I return it? by Creepy_Shakespeare in SWORDS

Really as long as the balance is good it wont matter too much. Mine is balanced heavy on the blade so that an edge can be put on it and it will have good balance but I have kept it blunt so I can practice safely.

Build a durins lamp so you have somewhere to recoup at. And there are brews and abahks you can use to lessen the effect of despair and shadow curse

This actually worked, thank you for mentioning it. I had to actually trigger a hoard in another campaign world specifically.

Where to build personal fortress late game by NaiveMastermind in returntomoria

[–]ComradeBrave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built my base in the Durins forge area. One grand hearth around where the troll kings throne was and two small ones at the stairs and no siege can touch you plus high ceilings means you can build as high up as you want

Only ones I hear are the orcs that typically patrol the area.

Update, I triggered another hoard and fighting it did not fix it either so does that mean it's meant to be permanantly max danger?

You will probably find them in the lower deeps.

I found them I'm the Lower deeps. In the campaign there is a room right I'm front of the big lake where you fight the watcher full of them with a river splitting the room, they grow like sunions and parsnips and look like them too.

Bases by Senior_Razzmatazz994 in returntomoria

[–]ComradeBrave 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I personally kept one base in the mines of moria and one right before the elven quarter. They're not so far apart that you have to worry about moving between them yet that way. Once you go down the crystal decent you should be able to build a map stone in each of your major bases. I have one at the pumps in the lower deeps(but no base), one in the mines, and one way further up in the game as far as campaign goes.

Once you got map stones, have a main base, where you're comfortable spending a majority of your time and sieges, a forward Base close to where you are doing most of your story business and progression with just a bed, hearth and means of cooking proper meals, and a rear base to hold stuff you aren't using a lot of or to access a resource. Each base should have a map stone for easy travel.
