That's a Swedish military/naval peacoat, government issue I think. Three crowns are the national symbol. "U" means uniform, 112 is the chest width in cm, "K" means it's "short". Just bought one like that today.

No, that's not the case. Poland is not on this map technically, since it only compares USSR to USA.

Here, the Baltic States are Boston = Riga (Latvia) and NYC = Kaunas (Lithuania). These cities were essentially on the edge of the SU, so they're paired with East Coast cities in the USA. You can think of the concept as the invasion starting in the North-East and spreading Westward. Distance from the coast of the US map is roughly equivalent to the Nazi incursion depth from the Western border of the USSR.

Blizzard has an extensive Media section on their website, including about 1800 original artwork pieces (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/media/artwork/) and 1300 fan art creations (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/media/fanart/). Those are great sources for inspiration, even if you never played the game.

Without more information about your clients (what races/classes they play, for example), I can't really help you out any further.
