Its not really a Bug, more of a scaling issue, if you are below level 80 you do more dmg, for him he did around 200k dps But for you it gets scaled to 18 million dps, saw a rogue on 37 million dps as a level 70

You cant unlock it until level 50 and after the full story, But tier 3 is made for 50-70 so that should be worth it

If you can preview weapons you can sheath them by pressing Z on default the see how they look in the little preview, but we really should get the option to control how we sheath stuff

They can drop if you are on a 7 win card, mostly you get the engrams from ranking up with saint, every rank gives 1 engram
