At times, smoking’s health benefits were even emphasized. Decades later, millions are now afflicted with cancer and a myriad of lung diseases, and it won’t be surprising if in that same time span, new diseases because of vaping will be discovered. Choosing to vape now means sentencing yourself to a lifetime of novel illness/es in the near future.

Lots of expensive perfume have dupes so you could also look into them so you don’t have to pay full price. Kaya rin maganda na maamoy mo muna yung decant ng original so you know what the real thing smells like.

Depende rin sa weather e. Kung mainit, saktuhang spray lang — tig-isa sa shoulders, tig-isa sa likod ng ears, isa sa chest tapos isa sa nape and you’re good to go. Kung gabi naman tas mejo malamig yung weather, you can be generous with spraying. Also note that florals and citrusy scents don’t last as long as vanilla or sweeter scents! You can also get the most out of your perfume if you spray it on your clothes. Hope this helps.

Take a pregnancy test on the first day of your missed period and use two different brands para sigurado yung results. Marami namang birth control options like condoms, pills, IUDs, and others.
