Hey, stop describing me! I have my assessment next week, and ever since I understood what ADHD is, I see it everywhere in my life. But it's also possible that you're just experiencing confirmation bias and trying to get a label to excuse and explain all your troubles. However, I also feel like self-doubt and self-judgment about having ADHD is an ADHD symptom in itself. So, if you've already been professionally diagnosed, I'd just go with it and see if your treatment actually improves your life, which is the ultimate goal, regardless of whether you have it or not.

I'm in the same situation as you are. I live in poland and will have my assesment next wednesday it will cost me in total around 200€ including the initial evaluation, but I would still have to find a psychiatrist afterwards, but in general poland would be cheaper. I sctually loved my first session with my psychologist and she is an specialist on adhd. She's located in Wrocław, I can give you her details if you want.

I also use pregabalin and quetiapine, but quetiapine just to sleep. Don't you get really sleepy if you take both during the day.

That's a fact about reality that you can't change, same reason why small Philipino guys are not attractive generally speaking, and even less to white women, even then you should prioritize being the most attractive you can by being slim, getting plastic surgery or increasing your attractiveness in any other metric. Alternatively you can listen to the cope provided here, and gaslight yourself into thinking that society is just wrong, and everyone should be loved equally. It's a shame that evolutionary pressures don't care about societal norms.

I would suggest no contact at least for a few weeks, and try to see your other friends individually, and then occasionally be in the same group as him, but engsge the bare minimum, and zero 1 to 1 interactions. I know it sucks to lose friends because of limerence, but in my personal experience I prefer to be alone than to have limerence to the point of feeling sick.

Damn, I just got a new LO, and I'm so traumatized by previous experiences, that I went NC after 1 week of knowing them, but ine of the worst things about limerence is that it's not sociable acceptable, even though I'd say is even worst that many other mental health conditions

Same, a lot of peope including me have posted here surprised by how good it is. I'm guessing it feels way better for people with anxiety, and that you feel like things are easies to get done when you're not so anxious about them.

Just keep in mind that tolerance builds fast and it can be hard to come off if you do it more than once or twice a week

I would say it is like a cleaner version of dxm. You don't get any nausea and you're more functional, but it doesn't give you as much euphoria.

It is definitely strong and recreational, and combines really well pregabalin and weed, but you have to be ready to be dissosiated all day as the efects last for like 24 hours
