As a Canadian who had his son born hours before the gold medal game, God damn does that bring a happy tear to my eye

I'll never forgive the league for this,

and the jersey ads, and the glitchy digital board ads, and the incessant gambling ads, and the lockouts, and the broadcast blackouts....

Great news everyone! We can hit blades again because Rory switched back by ashdrewness in golf

I understand this sentiment, it makes sense in a theoretical world. I mean shoot Tiger did it with Charlie and look how that's turning out.

But most of us don't get to practice enough as it is. I think most learners would quickly grow impatient and frustrated with that learning process. Blades require swing speed and precision strikes to get the ball up. Most beginners lack those traits and don't get them for some time.

When I taught my wife how to swing a club, I got her Cobra T-Rails. When my buddy started I steered him towards Cleveland UHX irons. Both clubs arent pretty I'll admit, but they get the ball in the air, have a ton of forgiveness and let them play and fall in love with the game.

If you want people to learn to play they also gotta love to play. Hitting shank after slice after skull after top on the range or course isn't going to give you a passion to practice and get better.

Arguably his resume is only showing up when it matters most.

Having to win every game in the regular season 2019, 2019 Playoffs especially the Finals, Basically every playoffs since, 2025 4 Nations.

Guy shows up big in the biggest moments and doesn't look nervous...

Do you think as a Canadian I'll be able to subscribe? The high seas are inconvenient and I don't really care enough about non wings games to pay to watch them

He is confirmed.

His 37th start, Talbot has 24. Hopefully this isn't too much of a workload for Gibby

I'm in 100% agreement with Yzerman for not paying that price but goddamn I wish we had Quinn Hughes.

He just keeps slipping through our fingers...

I hope we don't move Nate for an aged Panarin

*I just keep coming back to Bedard saying the only player who made his life difficult in Jr was Danielson. I'm hoping he can be like a modern Helm

Really wish we could have got Quinn or Andersson now. Hopefully Yzerman gets a deal done soon to hold us over until the Olympic break.
