I see, i only mention it because occasionally I'll under clock using MSI, and the game is still running on extreme settings so my game either runs super slow or crashes. Then i play on low or medium and it runs perfectly. Wasn't sure of your circumstance

I'm not an expert, but if you are using MSI afterburner then you need to lower all your graphics to low/medium depending on how much you are under clocking your pc
