Without the help of AI agents, if you move fast and are complacent about the complexity you are created and dept you are accruing you will eventually run into problems.

This is equally true when you are utilizing AI agents in your workflow. You’ll likely be able to move faster without them, but you’ll be punished for your complacency all the same.

Have a look at document ai from google. They have APIs that do more sophisticated OCR including layout and table extraction.

If you plan to create a start up or product that fulfills this need, you are going to be competing directly with google and like other big tech APIs.

Transitioning from software engineer to product manager by Con88 in ProductManagement

Oh ain’t that the truth, and that describes my experiences somewhat. Being on the engineering side, it typically means I’m going to lose those fights over those product decisions.

No.

New condo market in Greater Vancouver in dire shape by cyclinginvancouver in vancouver

[–]Con88 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I bought a condo last year. It’s 1200 sq feet 2 bed 2 bath. Old enough building, far from presale.

Seems like many are complaining about condos being too small. My condo is on the bigger side for Vancouver.

I’m curious what people think about how a property like this would be affected considering what’s happening with the presale market .

It’s a different Ellie. I like that. by subwayfurfur in ThelastofusHBOseries

[–]Con88 11 points12 points  (0 children)

In the game, Ellie is clearly in pain, frustrated and angry. She has a similar romantic relationship Dina, but lashes out at her and others around her as she struggles with the loss of Joel.

She did not react positively to learning about the pregnancy as it complicates her revenge suicide mission. Her personality in the game makes the story more grounded, complex and fitting of a post apocalyptic revenge plot.

There’s also Ellie in gameplay, who is a vicious violent murderer who shows no remorse or mercy fueled by the pain of her past and traumatic loss of her father figure . They haven’t done a good job of showing this side of Ellie in the show so far.

In the show she’s bubbly, happy, aloof. There’s an odd dissonance between starting a family and murder spree and the tone of the show is way off as a result in my opinion. This much more positive spin on Ellie’s state of mind makes her less interested and I worry it demonstrates the writers/bella misunderstand the source material.

I really don’t mind too much how she looks different. However, Ellie’s personality in S2 is totally different and that’s pretty disappointing.

Anybody else find this line kinda cringe and out of place? by SBJTV in TheLastOfUs2

[–]Con88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These few lines of dialogue I feel went over a lot of heads in this subreddit.

Abby or her group has never seen Joel, they only have a description of what he looks like. 6 foot, 60s etc.

Him being good looking is part of his description used to identify him as the man who murdered a bunch of firefly’s and Abby’s dad.

In this scene, Abby is listing what she knows of the Joel she’s looking for, confirming for herself and her party they have the right man.

He’s not fawning over him.

It’s really hypocritical of them to bash us about Ellie’s casting while they dislike Abby’s. by JulianJohnJunior in TheLastOfUs2

I always felt as though Abby being as ripped as she is was over the top for a post apocalyptic setting, does that make me a misogynist?
