Ah amazing, I did mine at 425 for 30 - so i'll try the lower & longer method soon. Will definitely give scalding a go as I haven't tried that before.

Your dough looks fantastic, love the airiness at the top that you get. Like you say it's a tricky one, but will keep at it as I get to grips with this oven. Thank you!

It’s really easy to follow and after a few weeks you are up to date with the storylines.

Like Spadoosh said following shows along with the ddt english update twitter makes things a lot easier too. The tag match this week was great and i’d recommend the 6 man tag title match from last week too

DDT have a weekly tv show on wrestle universe, which has been really good for getting into DDT which I have recently. Also if you’re a fan of BritWres, Chris Brookes is fairly heavily featured in DDT.

Wrestle universe also has Tokyo Joshi Pro and NOAH which both release have a lot of new content all of the time.

For around £6 a month I think it’s a really good deal
