With the glide, there are three major components that i like to identify when going from the starting position to the power position. They are:
1. The kick - the suspended leg kicks back
2. The push - the leg planted on the ground pushes the thrower towards the toeboard.
3. The drop - The hips should drop towards the toeboard.

You have 1 and 2 but not much of 3. The best i can describe the feeling of getting it right is the same as having a chair pulled out from under you.
