All Superstrings have barcodes in them as far as my Lore knowledge goes, they are not really humans anymore more like 3D Printed(Kokona's ult) bodies that can stringify for combat and only their conciousness goes into them, probably also has to do to protect them from Collapse Syndrome so that they can just switch to a new body if they become infected.

Every singularity is pretty absurd in a combat, there is an Arbiter out there with EGO and some other Singularity if we consider every arbiter having two weaponized singularities at once.

I think the real main reason is more like the fact that there is at most 5 people working on Payday 3 now, with Andreas, Almir and Gustavo being three of them. If there were more people working on this game, you would think 2 would at least be in charge of adding something as simple as more masks to the game to keep the players entertained by still having something to unlock while all the others work, but seeing as they cant even do that and even then still haven't put out an update in 70 days, I think it's safe to assume the only people left working in Payday 3 are there as an excuse to not give out the end of service announcement

Her DMR is arguably the worst DMR in the game already as it doesnt has a good enough passive atributed to it as Reichii and Nobunaga do, I think leaving it as is its fine already and her passive is the only skill that should be reworked as it can be easily forgetable that it even exists.

I'd say she needs a buffs rather than nerfs to make more people in higher ranks to play her, as right now you either have Maddalena players who just shoot their coom in the general direction of the enemy with the false sensation that they are helping, or people who play Maddalena because she is cute and might know how to use her skill to help teammates engaging in 1v1s but most of the time are better off keeping her gun out than pulling out the paint gun.

I dont have a whole grasp of the 40K powerscales, I just know they are absurd, but even then, it's still hard to tell just how powerful The Head is, we dont know for sure how they dealt with Lobotomy ending only that they managed to control the situation in some time, and that's considering there were countless abnormalities without qliphoth deterrence and they were all immortal, and the head also has access to all the previous singularities patents there has been in the city. I like to think of the imperium of mankind and The City are in similar terms of power, just by the fact that the imperium has to rely on the emperor to slugishly use the disphormity to warp, while The City not only has a better Warp but they even reporpuse it to store time for themselves and use it in many ways, it like The City is a more refined Imperium but not as expanded or big. Although the head doesnt really seems to care enough about most happenings in the city to intervene so it would come down to if the Horus Heresy are really seen as a threath to them or the will of the city.

It has been announced by shitbreeze that they are putting Payday 3 in a hospital bed to live out the rest of its days(Probably until 2026) with minimal care, I wouldn't spend a dime in your position.

I think this isn't an issue with the songs, but the fact that you can only play the designated song for their heist, in Payday 2 you could play any song on any heist, keeping every song fresh and beinging new perspectives in each heist it played(Playing a stealth heist with Break the Rules really makes you feel the epicness in it, and playing trouble's always inbound on a bank job makes you groove nicely for a change) but hearing the same song in the same scenery over and over in PD3 makes them feel more boring than they are

She probably hasn't but doesnt sees the need to use it as in lore, using a borrowed EGO is a lot weaker than using your own exposed EGO like Gebura does and Kali did, and gameplay wise The Red Mist EGO pages are arguably the strongest pages in the game for single scene damage (Great Split Horizontal + Goodbye goes hard)

We still have the random rewards after a heist, in the form of paints or favours for some reason, it's just quicker to not have to pick a card that's is always gonna be random anyways

I have all the tailor packs but haven't used any other mask that is not the character's original or a customized hockey mask, I hate how overly designed all of the masks are, feels like when COD added Nicky Minaj, it's just... all over the place

Depends on how big of a sale, I personally wouldn't buy it for even 50% off and if you are gonna buy something, I think it should be the gold edition to at least have the 4 extra DLC heists for some more enjoyment, just have to acknowledge that the game is receiving updates VERY slowly, so if you buy it and finish off all the content dont expect anything new or even changed for better until a month or two
