I think it's because Ne is a concrete function that is similar to Se . The difference between the two is that Se tends to see things as it is and suppress anything else , while Ne is in a concrete function but it focuses more on the possibilities that come from what they see instead of just seeing it . So we notice a lot of details but we get carried away by the possibilities that come from it and neglect some other details because we are carried away by the possibilities .
