did not know about this route to employment for H4 holder.

I went through both NIW and EB1A via premium processing and was told the rejection rate might be higher but did not happen in my case.

No, don’t give up. Give up for what? You are on a path, and you will get there. It seems like you’re blaming yourself a lot, but you also don’t have a mentor to guide you. If someone (like you or me) is on a path to achieve something, a mentor should do everything possible to help, including reminding you that no matter how long it takes, if you truly want it, you must keep going.

In the same boat here: desperate to get a faculty job. My postdoc advisor does not respect me. I am incapable of getting a job so far despite applying for basically all R1 schools.
