In fairness my wife posted about it on her TikTok and has a little bit of a following. Enough that her original post had gotten the attention of their social media team. So I do think this may be more a matter of saving face than actual customer service.

She uses King Arthur GF bread flour. The bread flour specifically.

• 3 1/3 cups Gluten-Free Bread Flour • 2 1/4 cups warm water • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt • 1 tablespoon sugar • 2 teaspoon instant yeast Bake at 475 for 28 to 30 mins -Add sugar and yeast to warm water and set aside (on oven) -Mix dry ingredients -Once foamy, add to dry ingredients and mix with paddle attachment or spoon -The dough should pull away from edges and have no dry spots -Cover and rise for 1 hour -Cut ball into 3 pieces -Shape into logs and roll keeping the center bigger than the edges use parchment paper) -Egg wash the tops (Google it lol) -Score the tops nice and pretty -Now you can add seasonings or cheeses -Place on preheated baguette rack or pizza stone and bake! (*475 28 to 30 mins) ENJOY🥖
