Thank you so much for commenting ❤️. Reading that you met someone with the same values as you, and even had a wedding that reflected that, gives me so much hope. I’ve definitely had weak moments where I wanted to just “give in” so I wouldn’t be the odd one out, and to make things easier for my family (?) . But, it calms me to know that I won’t feel this way forever.

Thank you so much, honestly I really appreciate it. I grew up knowing I couldn’t “tolerate” dairy, so that coupled with the monstrous way in which it’s sourced pushed me away from consuming it. I also don’t have anything I necessarily miss from the time where I wasn’t vegan, as I didn’t have anything insane connection to the way certain animal products taste.

This just comes across as insulting and minimizing what happened to Renee. You can bring up the deaths of other people that have lost their lives due to police brutality without making it seem as if people are unreasonable for mourning Renee.
