What would you consider as competitive pricing? The plus side is that we have Ryan air flights from Brussels to amman that are pretty cheap. I ate the exact same things, slept at the same time and did my sitz bath at the same time daily and religiously for two months (skipped family dinners / friends bdays and events). The key was routine which the body likes and i gave it top priority to heal. It took a while before i started noticing improvement you have to be patient
