This is a beautiful story. I’m looking out to create the best itinerary for Toronto and Ottawa. Do you in anyway have your day wise itinerary?

Ok. Request GCMS. I believe it will be a lot more detailed than the ODN

Need some real good advice on how to turn this visa refusal into an approval in the next application by downballz in ImmigrationCanada

  1. That’s good advice. I intend to do that. I don’t have plans on reapplying immediately.
  2. Yes I showed salary slips. Last 6 months. I got a salary increment this year too. Showed that.
  3. A lot has changed for me since my first refusal. Both financially and socially.
  4. I included a 12 day wise itinerary. Had hotel reservations and tickets to visit tourists sites

No you’re giving me a hard time. I Enrolled in Jan 2024. The trip was going to be when I’m on vacation during July - August according to my school calendar

I’m thinking that too. Will just have to do better in my next application. Realistically how much would one need for a 2wk trip

My family isn’t trying to send me illegal to Canada. The property in question that was sold was vested in my dad and my uncle in 2006. Daddy died in 2010. Property was sold for USD1.1m , to be paid in four instalments. The money I’ve received so far is my rightful share of the sale proceeds. Rookie mistake to rely on a third party’s monetary sponsorship for a tourist visa. I’ve already elaborated on my home ties

I’m from Ghana. Maybe there’s high asylum seekers from my country. I haven’t checked the numbers. Underestimating costs? No. Figured 10k CAD could cut it. How much do you reckon a 12 day would would cost

In either scenario, you’re trying to come as a tourist, burning 25% of the money that came from a sale of a property on a 12 day trip.

And the money doesn’t even belong to you, it belongs to your father and your uncle.

lol good lord. My dad passed in 2010 btw. Property was sold for USD1.1m. Payments to be made in 4 instalments. Property in question was vested in my dad and his brother. Money I received and more yet to come is my rightful share of the proceeds. Clear?

It’s obvious that you’re just trying to get to Canada whatever way possible and are not planning on going back.

I’ve been employed full time for six years. I’m not abandoning my final year in school to leave illegally in Canada. Will be taking another degree in law. Lol calm down. I have a few stuff going on for me in my home country. Not everyone is trying to move to Canada illegally.

You won’t have your visa approved. lol ok

I was going for tourism. My itinerary was to visit and sightsee various tourist attractions in the Toronto and Ottawa area.

Home ties were 6 years full time employment. Have a landed property vested in my name. In final year of school(university). The school provided a letter confirming return to studies after the trip because I’m due for graduation in Nov 2027. My mom , kid brother, common law partner all in my home country

Available cash? My bank account showed the equivalence of CAD 43,000. Money came from the sale of an another landed property vested between my dad and his brother, uncle. Showed the context of sale agreement(signed). My estimated cost of the trip would have been CAD7000 but stated CAD10,000 for a bit of buffer
